CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE

The Early Conference Registration fee is only $695(US) before May 15, 2026. After May 15, 2026, the fee will be $855(US). Completed registration form and payment must be received via post, fax or email by due date. Please scan this QR code to complete payment for the conference registration fee.

EXHIBITOR'S REGISTRATION

Exhibitors and vendors are invited to display and participate during the conference week from Monday through Thursday afternoon. The Early Registration for exhibitor/vendor's booth space rental fee before May 15, 2026 is $1000 per table (or 10' x 10' space) for the four days, starting on Monday, June 15, 2026. Setup will be on Monday after 1:00 PM.

Exhibitor/Vendors Registration after May 15, 2026 will be $1200/table.

Spaces are limited. First come first serve. Please use the form above to register and scan this QR code for payment to complete your exhibitor/vendor registration.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All requests for refund must be in writing.  Full refund will be granted for requests received prior to May 15, 2026. Any requests received after May 15, 2026 will be charged an administration-processing fee of $150.00. Refund requests received after June 01, 2026 will not be honored. Approved refunds will be refunded at termination of the conference.
