CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE
The Early Conference Registration fee is only $635(US) before March 28, 2025. After March 28, 2025, the fee will be $750(US). Completed registration form and payment must be received via post, fax or email by due date. Please scan this QR code to complete payment for the conference registration fee.

 

EXHIBITOR'S REGISTRATION

Exhibitors and vendors are invited to display and participate during the conference week from Monday through Thursday afternoon. The Early Registration for exhibitor/vendor's booth space rental fee before March 28, 2025 is $850 per table (or 10' x 10' space) for the four days, starting on Monday, April 28, 2025. Setup will be on Monday after 1:00 PM.

Exhibitor/Vendors Registration after March 28, 2025 will be $1000/table.

Spaces are limited. First come first serve. Please use the form above to register and scan this QR code for payment to complete your exhibitor/vendor registration.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All requests for refund must be in writing.  Full refund will be granted for requests received prior to March 28, 2025. Any requests received after March 28, 2025 will be charged an administration-processing fee of $100.00. Refund requests received after April 14, 2025 will not be honored. Approved refunds will be refunded at termination of the conference.

All conference registrations, attendees, exhibitors and vendors are subjected for approval. In its sole discretion and without refund, ICTOCT and IOACIS reserves the right to refuse admittance to or expel from the conference anyone that it determines is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the Event or pose any danger to any other attendee. Entrant consents and agrees that in such event, it shall not be entitled to a refund of any portion of amounts paid. Breach of any of the terms herein shall entitle ICTOCT and IOACIS to all available legal remedies.
