The Early Conference Registration fee is only $635(US) before March 28, 2025. After March 28, 2024, the fee will be $750(US). Completed registration form and payment must be received via post, fax or email by due date. Please scan this QR code to complete payment for the conference registration fee.



Exhibitors and vendors are invited to display and participate during the conference week from Monday through Thursday afternoon. The Early Registration for exhibitor/vendor's booth space rental fee before March 28, 2025 is $850 per table (or 10' x 10' space) for the four days, starting on Monday, April 28, 2024. Setup will be on Monday after 1:00 PM.

Exhibitor/Vendors Registration after March 28, 2025 will be $1000/table.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All requests for refund must be in writing.  Full refund will be granted for requests received prior to March 28, 2025. Any requests received after March 28, 2024 will be charged an administration-processing fee of $100.00. Refund requests received after March 28, 2025 will not be honored. Approved refunds will be refunded at termination of the conference.
